"The hotel was very clean and comfortable but staff was terrible and unfriendly, our breakfast was stressful as they didnt have happy face hospitality specially the manager. The other thing I didn't like was getting copy of our documents during checkbi "

"Everything was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good, a lot of choices. Would definitely recommend 5*****. The only thing that was negative was that the taxi that the reception called for us to take us to Monza train station to go to Milan actually took us nearly into Milan and charged us 45€. He said it’s easier to take the metro and that wasn’t correct. So make sure you don’t get messed around. Take the taxi to Monza and then the train. Thank you for a wonderful stay"

"-The location was great. Right in between a restaurant and gelato place in the square. About a 15 min walk to the train station -The instructions given for location and how to check in when it was closer to the time were clear and simple -The room was clean and had the simple necessities -A great view over the square from the window 'balcony' -Breakfast wasn't bad. You get tokens which you redeem at a local cafe downstairs - hot drink, cold drink and a pastry / hot sandwich (at time of writing) -I wasn't impressed with the air con. Luckily it wasn't peak summer, so I am not sure if that would have been a problem or not - Staff were pleasant enough *Note: A bell would be rung in the morning as there is a local church or bell tower but we couldn't figure out timings as we found they were so random to figure out. At one point the bell rang really early in the morning for about 2-3 minutes, the next it woudl ring for about 10 seconds, then 30 seconds."

"The room was clean and tidy with decent toiletries. Check in was very smooth and staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was average. There isn’t much nearby the hotel but it is a 7min taxi ride to the metro station or 20/25 min walk. Overall I would rate our stay as 4/5. It was good enough for us to say we would stay there again."
