"Chose this property due to its proximity to Milan Linate Airport as we had an early morning flight. Property was clean and staff were pleasant. Our stay was in the middle of an extreme heat wave and the AC would not cool our room. The hallways and lobby was cooler than our room. I went to the manager and he moved us to another room but it was no cooler. Regardless, we appreciated his attentiveness and willingness to help. The pool was nice as were the grounds around it.
