"The uniqueness of this property lies in the fact that it's one of the very few in the area. Otherwise it's a small private run b&b for an affordable price. The room was clean and served its purpose. I appreciate the idea of serving breakfast in the rooms, it's cute, but it's terribly unpractical if the room is small and doesn't really offer a table where two people can comfortably sit and share a croissant. "We had a wonderful stay here for 8 nights while visiting family members local to Erba. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The staff was very helpful and courteous. We especially loved the pool and spa, the breakfast and the memory foam pillows. We would stay here again!"
