"Fantastic hotel, from the moment we arrived we were greeted by friendly helpful staff. The reception area was pristine. We had arrived late in the evening but check in was fast. There is a lift in the building to all the floors. Our room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was fantastic with hot and cold food, breakfast was from 7 am to 10 am so no need to rush. "The location is perfect, right on Lake Como with a private beach. The room is good, bathroom a bit small but convenient. Nice balcony above the water. Because there is no restaurant at the hotel it would be handy to install a mini fridge and a coffee/tea maker. In the nearest village is a supermarket, MD, and everything is very cheap. To the other side is a great restaurant, Onnolulu."

"Upon arrival at the hotel the woman behind the desk was very friendly and welcoming and allowed us to leave our bags until check in so we could go and explore the town. Our room was on the ground floor and was very clean and spacious however we found it difficult to navigate our way through the sun beds to get to our door, especially when they were surrounded by peoples belongings.
