"Receptionist are kind and welcoming. But, I got mislead by the ratings. I often stay at hostels, so I’m used of places that aren’t fancy or super clean. I don’t care if it’s old, which this hotel is, but I like to have some cleanliness and hot water. When you enter the area where the rooms are, you immediately smell an old ”smoke smell”. Don’t know if it was allowed to smoke in the hotel back in time, but some sort of smell is always in the background. The first thing I see is a silverfish on...

"The apartment had a lot of space, a nice kitchen, and was located in a lively area, a short walk to wonderful restaurants, the Duomo, and parks. Lisa was available and super helpful, responsive to our questions.
