Great service from all staff, particularly a young tattoo'd lady behind the bar. She was so helpful. Room was lovely and breakfast good. Disappointing that Chromecast was not workingwhole stay, as we wnated to watch Netflix
Property was great near to Monza F1 circuit. The hotel provided shuttle service to and from the bus services for Grand Prix. Staff were very helpful and very friendly they accommodated all our needs. Very pleasant stay and very pleasant staff Thanks
This hotel is great! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Their free shuttle van was great bonus in driving us to my friend's house which was a few minutes from the hotel. It was also very walkable to the nearby town and overall a great experience.
Although the rooms are a little dated, but the quality of service and restaurant are amazing and truly compensate.
We used their shuttle services, they were so accommodating to our changing schedule during the Monza F1 GP.
We stayed 4 nights at this property. The hotel restaurant is amazing for breakfast and dinner options.
Thanks again to all the staff for making our stay during the grand-prix a memorable one !
Excellent hotel but restaurant fully booked although many empty tables. Table for one required. No other restaurants in walking distance. My fault should have booked but please book in advance
We like the hotel since it had a bar and a playstation for entertainment since we were going with our 7yr old. A/C could of been better, room felt kind of warm even with the a/c on but I guess it was a fan, the other thing that we dislike was that they only gave us 1 card and lights, A/C only worked with the card inserted other than that everything was good.
When we arrived (about 5 pm) there was not someone up front, waited just a few min, then said hello, the lady seemed busy or in the back then seemed annoyed we called out. The room was clean, but my opinion I didn’t like the shower was open and then had a hard time draining I had to turn the shower off to let the water go down then turn back on. Another option I didn’t like the location seemed to be in a business park, but my fault for not checking, overall I’d not revisit

I stayed at this property twice within the same month. Unfortunately, both visits were marked by significant issues.
During my first stay, the refrigerator in the room was not working—it had been turned off, and when I plugged it in, it began leaking freon gas and emitting a very unpleasant smell. There was also a considerable amount of dirt behind it. I had to contact reception to have it removed due to the gas odor. Thankfully, the next day a new fridge was installed, and I appreciate the quick action and kindness of the receptionist who assisted with this.
Additionally, the air conditioning fuse was switched off, so the AC wasn’t working when I arrived. I had to locate the fuse box and switch it on myself. It was disappointing that no effort had been made to ensure the room was at a comfortable temperature prior to my arrival.
Two weeks later, on my second visit, I was given a room with a broken window that couldn’t be closed properly. This made it impossible to keep mosquitoes out or maintain a stable room temperature. To make matters worse, the room had not been cleaned—the garbage from both the bedroom and bathroom was still there from the previous guest, which was frankly unacceptable. The window could not be repaired, so the staff eventually moved me to another room.
While the reception staff were friendly and did their best to resolve the issues quickly, the overall experience was far below basic standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
Everything was perfect. We stayed for 1 week. The only minor minus was that breakfast was almost exactly the same every day, so some variety was missing. But having said that it was still great!
