"We got upgraded from a classic double to the Mary queen of Scots room. The room was facing the main road, but it was so quiet, that you wouldn't have known. The room was really clean. The food was really tasty and well presented. That was both dinner and breakfast. The staff was amazing. We didn't want to leave. "

"I loved this hotel. The staff were friendly & helpful. The room & bathroom were clean, with good quality shampoo, body wash and hand wash by Dove. The bathroom door did double service as a door that could close off the toilet area, which was a little awkward, but did mean one person could potentially use the toilet while another was cleaning their teeth.
