"Bedsheet is not very clean with dirty marks, but the facilities are good with both air conditioning and heater. Room is big with good amenities. Price is reasonable. And very convenient place for food and travel."

"The rooms are varied. The dog friendly rooms are not great, but at least you can bring your dog. The suite we had (when we didn’t bring the dog) was characterful and a good size but the bathrooms need an update. I’m not sure if this is the case across the hotel. The lady in reception is lovely, but if she isn’t there it can be hard to get help to check in. A lot of the staff are pretty grumpy and not very helpful. "

"We had one of the cottage rooms, which was really nice. The building is stunning, deducted a star as part of our group in the main building where there are lots of steps/stairs and they struggled (aware that this is due to the nature of the build but not clear at the time they booked)"
