I fully understand that the reservation was non-refundable, and I was not asking for a refund, only a one-day date change. I spent over 3 hours communicating with customer service until 2:30am, but the only option offered was to pay an additional £210, bringing the total to £353 for one night without breakfast, which is more than double my original booking. Considering this was just a small, understandable mistake made late at night, this felt extremely unreasonable and showed a lack of flexibility or customer care. I hope management will review this situation and consider a more customer-friendly approach"
