"Amazing place in Chennai! "

"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Radisson Blu. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming and truly defined the meaning of good hospitality. Breakfast had a variety of options and the staff tried their best to serve everyone even during peak busy times. I dock one star for service at dinner hours. I checked out Kari Theory one night and was seated outdoors. I waited over 15 minutes and not a single server came by to provide a menu or greet us. We noticed staff continously standing indoors and looking at the customers seated indoors. We ended up leaving and informed the hostess about the situation to which she did not take note or try to resolve the issue. I did notice a similar situation happen to someone else during the afternoon at the bakery/ cafe where they waited a long time and did not receive service. Otherwise, the in-room dining service was great. Food portions were generous and tasted good. The ambiance of this hotel itself was oozing luxury. The spa located downstairs was a perfect touch! I would definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting to stay near the airport. "

"The staff was particularly friendly and helpful more precisely the concierge service and the chauffeur that we had 2 days in a row. the concierge even took the time to find my purse which I had left in the restaurant the night before. Exceptional "
