"Many positive things about this hotel: front desk staff and lobby ambiance, location, and substantial hot breakfast. DO NOT let them book you into Room 706. It is immediately next to entrance to roof top deck/bar with noise until close at 12 midnight. I had to change rooms the next day after being awakened at midnight by drunken young guests making their way from the deck and awaiting nearby elevator. "

"I had a wonderful stay at 21 House of Stories Città Studi. The property is beautifully designed—modern, vibrant, and full of character—while still feeling comfortable and welcoming throughout my stay. The staff were exceptional: friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their warm attitude really made a difference and added a personal touch to the experience. The amenities were equally impressive. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged to make the stay as convenient and enjoyable as possible. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay in Milan. Great property, great people, and great amenities—I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to others."

"Our stay was okay. We ran into an issue about our light not working for our room. They did send someone to fix it but they were not able to and never followed up. Overall stay was okay"

"Our room is large and bed is very comfortable. Bathroom is also large while the towels and linen are too notch. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet and the self serve espresso’s station. Hotel is only 5-6 minutes walking distance to ‘Milano Central"

"Breakfast selection was a bit poor only croissant or bread cereal would of been nice as well . And scrambled egg looked very runny . Rooms definately need updating but did the job . Bed comfy . Window sill very dirty on arrival . Clean towels everyday was good . Staff helpful. "

"The hotel is located on the Corso Como, near the metro station.The room was really spacious and clean, breakfast with a great variety of sweets and savory choices. The bed soft and cozy. We really enjoyed our stay. "
