Convenient location right near the main station and walkable (or metro right outside) into the city centre. Room was nice and modern, clean and good temperature. However was a little on the cramped side, and amenities limited (one towel, no fridge/coffee etc.). Also wish the AC was not so loud in the night. But overall I had a good few nights sleep and would stay again!

The staff were incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check in early without having to wait for the designated time. They were always ready to assist us with anything we needed. The room was both comfortable and spacious. The hotel is conveniently located near the Milano Centrale train station, making it very accessible. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We also appreciate you letting us store our luggage after check-out and allowing us to relax until it was time to head to the train station.

Ficamos apenas uma noite em Milão para pegar o trem para Paris. Próximo à estação Milano Centrale e ao metrô. Pudemos aproveitar o dia para conhecer a cidade e descansar sem preocupações, pois já estávamos ao lado da estação onde pegamos nosso trem de madrugada.

The hotel was not easy to find. The room was small but tidily equipped. Window looked out onto a storage area which was ugly. Reception staff were very kind but hotel was not value money.

Ruidoso, pequeño y cercano a la central.

La propiedad está en un edificio con oficinas y en las mañanas suele ser muy ruidoso, el último día de nuestra estancia no había agua, el check in es hasta las 00:00 y las habitaciones son muy pequeñas. Si no tienes problemas con ninguno de los puntos anteriores, es una buena opción por la cercanía a la central de trenes y metro.
