"Yes the hotel may be a little worse for wear but it is very clean. The best feature by far is the friendly staff. So helpful. Same in the city, so friendly. Literally 5 minute walk from the train station to reception. "

Cooked breakfast was good but a little overcooked Excellent location right next to Lime St station and 10 mins from loads of restaurant choices"
