I booked an accessible room by mistake and asked to swap it but the guy on reception was a bit flustered , he said there were no other rooms until after 3pm ? Full hotel on a Monday?? We could not wait around so accepted the room 412, bathroom flooded when we had a shower so wet floor all night, Also he did not let us know about the special offer of a get together on Monday evening so we missed out...
