What’s not to love, the rooms the amenities but most of all the staff are incredible. 10/10 Hilton Naples

Great hotel, excellent location on beautiful beach. Staff sort out the sunloungers and parasols - all included in the resort fee. Excellent grounds and pools. Lovely rooms and hotel. Great buffet breakfast. Naples is a beautiful place with great restaurants. We did a boat trip and saw dolphins and manatees which I would thoroughly recommend,

Breakfast menu was good although bowls for fruit or cereal were tiny

Our family of four stayed here as an economic location to spend a few days seeing the sights of Naples, Marco Island and the Everglades. This hotel has plenty of parking, friendly staff, comfortable, clean suites and a small pool. It's a business hotel with a lot of work travellers, but served our purpose as a base for our travels in the area. We used the car was which is located opposite too which was handy. Although the noise from the car wash does disturb any pool relaxing that you may want...

Have stayed here many times and even though I booked wrong hotel this year for 1 week (no refunds) came here for 4 nights anyway leaving our luggage to enjoy the other hotel. This is the only place I would choose to stay in Naples. On the beach and great rooms. It doesn’t have that corporate, soulless feel that a certain 5 star group has. I love it here.

Excellent hotel. Could not fault staff or service. Main two issues were that we booked a resort view room - we looked out onto a small courtyard with a marquee type structure - that was our view!! Breakfast was included as was the gratuity of 20% but the limit was $70 per day so if you have the buffet be careful as anything above $70(including gratuity) is chargeable - not a big issue if you are aware of it but we were not Fabulous pool area and grounds

Perfect late night check in with helpful desk agent after a long flight from the UK and transfer from Miami. We booked King Suite with separate bedroom and balcony with pool view. Huge suite, quite rooms and very kind cleaning staff who surprised us with little sweets and beauty treats. Very comfy bed! We stayed for one week and would always choose this hotel again when visiting Naples. Warm freshly baked chocolate chip welcome cookies. On site restaurant with warm breakfast buffet, all day...

Lovely resort in all aspects and would highly recommend

Beautiful hotel. Great view from balcony. Lovely pool. Room was really spacious and well played out

great central down town location ... perfect facilities for business or leisure travellers

We had an excellent stay here. The hotel is lovely, well placed for restaurants, bars etc and an easy walk to the beach. Staff were pleasant and attentive and the room we had was spacious and clean with a balcony too. Free car parking and no resort fees either! Very pleased and would recommend 😊

Perfect

As with all the NEW Fairfield suites excellent modern hotel. Great free cooked breakfast. Parking on site.
