"The hotel and all its services are excellent. It is conveniently located near beaches, restaurants, and other attractions. The cleanliness and organization are impeccable. The room is spacious and comfortable, equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, kitchenette, cabinets, and various utensils. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The staff is outstanding, with special recognition to JC (Bar), as well as Laurews and Tritas at the front desk, who provided exceptional customer service—always polite and professional. The pool and exterior areas are well-organized, attractive, and feature a charming Caribbean and romantic ambiance, accompanied by a variety of music. The food and breakfast options are diverse and of excellent quality. Prices are consistent with the level of service and quality provided—we only hope they remain this way. The parking area is spacious, secure, and free of charge. Highly recommended for families with children, couples, and individuals of all ages Raquel and Vicente "

"Amazing service, the lady that helped with the breakfast is so kind, and lovely, definitely at asset to this place. The front desk staff and most of the staff was very nice and pleasant. The rooms and hotel looked very clean and comfortable. There was a little bit of noise but manageable. We loved it and would def stay again. "

"The place is nice, and they had activities to entertain the guests at the pool. Room is spacious and well designed/decorated. The lazy river was nice, but they should have an employee there collecting the tubes that get stuck in the middle of the course. We waited a long time for some tubes just to see a bunch of them stuck at another part of the lazy river. Food was a disappointment. They only had a few options at the pool bar, but once the bar closes (and it closes early, I think at 6 or 7pm), you have no other option for food besides ordering from outside, or going out. Ice cream shop was closed when we went. I would recommend you bring some snacks/food. They are losing a big opportunity by not having a restaurant there. Overall, we liked it and will come back. "
