"Good, clean, central location to stay, similar to other Ibis hotels that I have stayed. Our only complaint is the hotel upgrades reduce the number of elevators available and the gym was closed during our visit."

The service at the lounge was outstanding, and a special mention goes to Steve and the entire Level 38 team for being so warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The breakfast at Edge was another standout. The quality and variety of the buffet were top-notch, easily one of the best we’ve experienced. Every detail, from the food to the service, was handled with care and professionalism. From check-in to check-out, everything felt seamless. The staff across the hotel were consistently friendly, helpful, and made our anniversary feel extra special. In a nutshell, everything was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Pan Pacific Singapore to anyone looking to spend quality time in one of the best hotels in Singapore."
