"1. I had to leave for airport BEFORE breakfast. 2. Enjoyed beautifully remodeled room/shower 3. ... though lots of clanking from ? elevator cables or plumbing or both. 4. Staff were quite lovely - upbeat and friendly.. made a difference. (gave upgrade to room and 'free drink' coupon) - enjoyed my favorite Kahluea, but coffee wasn't hot ... and not covered by coupon.. oh well!. 5. Came / left by Grab car. Nice and large driveway made arrival/departure safe and easy. 6. ENJOYED the VEGETARIAN restaurant (not yours) on SECOND floor!! Happily Surprised when I Googled 'vegetarian restaurants near me' and found one 9 floors below me !! 7. "I was very impressed with the hotel, facilities and customer service. Firstly, I've got to say that the reception staff did a sterling job checking-in our group of 10 people. They were able check us in early which was really appreciated as we'd come a long way. Special shout-out to Andre, James and Rusydi. Guys, you were fab. The rooms might be on the slightly smaller size but the room allocated to my wife and I was able to comfortably fit in 4 suitcases and 2 trolley cases. There was a free gym, swimming pool and also self-service laundry at the hotel. Breakfast was perfectly adequate. The hotel was within easy walking distance to Rocher MRT and Little India. Overall a great experience and value for money."
