"So clean and quiet"

"Well, the location for travellers is great. Close to the airport. However, when we got there we found out the parking was not included with our room. So it’s $25 for parking for overnight and it was well maintained. The parking line faded. The washroom is clean. But the bed wasn’t properly made. The bed cover was not fully covered, it looks small for the mattress. Also, the AC in our room wasn’t working. We stay in room 1012 was slightly warm for us. It’s under new management during our stay, we noticed in the hallway there was some water damage on the ceiling. The breakfasts were not included, they do have all you can eat buffet for $27. The airport shuttle was excellent. I would recommend for overnight stay."

"The bed and bathroom were clean but the hotel is old, tired and needs work. The walls are quite thin and you can here your neighbours and any activity in the hallway."

"Breakfast was great, generous with portions. Bagels, muffins etc could be put out in halves as one bagel was usually too much for me. Liked the whole fruit. Would have been nice to have some additional cut up fruit but might be too much trouble for staff. Really needed a microwave in our room for leftover Chinese takeout. Our biggest issue was parking. You should have a huge sign saying cars will be towed away if not staying at hotel. One Sat nite we had to tell a couple sitting in their car to move out as they were just sitting there waiting for their food takeout. Other times we saw people park in hotel lot and walk across road to eat in the restaurant, and there weren’t enough spots for us to park. Our room was very noisy with traffic all night long, but I really needed a room with a bathtub so we put up with it. Could some extra reenforcement to windows help with the noise? Anything would help. Otherwise, room and hotel very clean. Really appreciated ice water and coffee/tea being available 24 hours - very generous. The staff were very friendly, especially Joping (?) we believe that was her name, made us feel very welcome, made our stay of 12 days very satisfying. We will definitely stay with you again. Too bad we couldn’t get points for our stay, didn’t realize by booking with Expedia we weren’t eligible for this longer stay. Would have signed up as haven’t stayed in a Wyndham resort for awhile. Anyway thanks to all the staff for a great stay."
