"The Iberostar in Cozumel is an exceptional resort! The staff is so hospitable and extremely friendly. You feel pampered from the moment that you arrive. The grounds are beautifully manicured and lush. The rooms are spotless and impeccably cleaned and stocked daily. There are five restaurants , and they all offer different, delicious cuisine every night. From Thai, to Mexican to BBQ, so much great food! The Snack Shack, just steps away from the pools and beach, has a great balance of all day food choices- fresh melons, fruit, pastries, cheese, hamburgers, fries, hot dogs, ice cream, and so much more. Parents and children are kept happy between meals. There is an excursion coordinating office right at the resort. Go scuba diving, snorkeling, kayaking, and so much more! The boats leave right from the pier at the resort. So convenient! The beach and snorkeling/ swimming at the resort is calm, beautiful and safe. I could go on and on! My husband and I stayed for seven days, and we will definitely be going back! Highly recommend this resort!!!"

"We have been to several all inclusives and really enjoyed this resort. The room was clean, staff was helpful, beach was beautiful, and activity staff made it super fun for my high school/ college age kids. Shout out to Diego! It is a more affordable resort so drinks were about as expected but the food left a lot to be desired. It's basically all cafeteria style and you only get 1 restaurant dinner for 3 days. Compared to similar resorts it wouldn't take much to improve. Maybe a beachside grill with fresh hamburger/hotdogs and street tacos. Basic sit down dinner with fresh Mexican options. A bit of caution that this is a family friendly resort but also lively and has people and entertainment until after 10pm. "

"Rooms were spotless and serviced every day. Beautiful stay in the middle of woods with a serene and accessible beach. We stayed 5 nights with all inclusive package. Things we loved: - Direct access to the water to snorkel and it was worth it - Beautiful location -Beautiful architecture -love how the light hit the chandeliers in the main area - Clean rooms -Clean pools - Great staff (except front desk) -Loved the New Years celebration Things to be aware of: -there is one pool for activities and kids. There is an adult only pool as well. The hot tub is only for Royal club members. -If you love seafood and meat, there are lot of options. However, vegetarian and vegan food options were limited in the buffet Things to improve on: -Front desk staff need to be trained better. We found them slow and inefficient. -Our keys didn’t work multiple times during our stay. The first time, we had dragged all our luggage to the room only to realize the key wasn’t activated! - Vegetarian options like veg fajitas, enchiladas, etc could be helpful for non meat eaters - Kids activities were all conducted at the pool, would be nice to have some indoor time too. I think the name of the conductor was Jesus, he did a splendid job interacting with kids and making them comfortable. -Guests need to be asked to not reserve beach chairs hours in advance. Some of them just left towels to reserve early AM and only came to the beach at 2PM, while others had to sit on sand instead."

"The only thing was too many mosquitoes. If its possible to spray to eliminate the mosquitoes or have running water all over the property (like in Disney World), it would of been awesome. Everything else was great"
