Good place for an overnight or day stay at CDG, only 50m from VAL/RER station to airport. Great breakfast, a bit pricey. So-so Value for money

We’ve stayed here several times. We like the hotel. it is a quality hotel with a decent restaurant, nice bar area and very good staff. it is incredibly convenient as well. This is our go to hotel when we have a morning flight.

If you need to stay near CDG, this is a great choice. We had a very comfortable king size bed. Breakfast was great in the morning! I would definitely recommend staying here.

The hotel was nice, I did have to wait awhile before my room was ready, but I did arrive early. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice, but the toilet room was not as clean the toilet could have been cleaned better. The cleanliness of the bathroom is important to me. Overall the hotel is nice and convenient to airport.

Checking in was extremely long the desk check in host was very unknowable about hotel functions and asked when we would we leaving the next day as he “ needed “ the room early. Then I went to restaurant to order food to take to my room They refused telling me in a very rude manner I had to use room service I ordered on the app Food came 1.5 hrs later was cold and cost 12 euro more than in the restaurant AND they tack on a mandatory 15 % gratuity I would not recommend or return to this hotel

A few cons
- Much longer check-in process than in other hotels. - Separate bathroom and toilet. What's worse, there was no sink in the toilet! - No lock on the bathroom door (but there was one on the toilet door). - No space for your own cosmetics in the shower. - The worst of all: audible impact sounds throughout the day. I could not hear any voices, but regular slamming, stomping (starting from around 6:30 am) etc. This is probably room-dependent, but I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who is sound sensitive.

Getting registered as the teamleader of 9 was too complicated. Check out was a breeze with the same person. The carpet in my room 201 was worn and dirty which did not go with other areas of the hotel. Our filet for two was tough and difficult to chew which was not expected for the price we paid. The breakfast buffet was more than wonderful!

Very close to the airport, arrived to the terminal 1 and took airport free transportation to the terminal 3, walk to the hotel just a few minutes. Easy to find. Have flight next day early in the morning, was able to get to my terminal in 6 minutes. I like hotel personnel a lot, friendly and polite. Agree with people who put comments about carpet stains, will be perfect if it will be clean because the hotel is very clean but the stains make it look dirty

The staff was rude and unhelpful. They will charge you a deposit before check in of 50 pounds per adult per night. One day I left the hotel at 11 am and asked the reception for my room to be cleaned and the bedsheets changed as my daughter had an accident during night, I came back in the evening finding out my room wasn’t cleaned. I then spoke to the receptionist which told me that I didn’t inform no one and that now was too late. I told her that at least my bedsheets needed changed because I couldn’t sleep on a pee bed, so they sent an housekeeper which was very nice and understanding and changed the bedsheets. A part from the bed experience with the reception staff, the hotel is clean and housekeepers do an amazing job and they are nice (even the ones I was meeting in the corridors sometimes). Pool is warm and clean even in the winter. Breakfast ridiculously expensive for no reason, same as dinner.

Location at the airport is great. For international travelers, there isn't electric plug converters. I had to go to the lobby to charge my phone. Second, there are only two English speaking channels, and not interesting, on TV. CNN is not included. That is strange. I had nothing to watch since I don't speak French.

While the hotel is very convenient to the airport and the RER, and the space is ample, Room Service only had one item on the menu when I arrived: a 36 euro salad that was of poor quality. The entire hotel and room were incredibly hot – adjusting the temperature helped for a bit, but the temperature went back up. If you are stuck at the airport and need a place that is conveniently located and clean, the Pullman is great, if a bit expensive. I would not eat at the hotel (poor quality, overpriced.)

I completely understand the difference in culture and would expect limited access to meals and coffee if this hotel was in downtown Paris but it is at an international airport. Gladly once away from here service and friendliness improves dramatically.
