"After a 7 hr flight and 1hr 45 mins drive from Heathrow, I was looking forward to relaxing and catching some sleep. To my dismay, the apartment was not cleaned after previous users, so no beds made, and sheets and towels were everywhere. I contacted the management and they did offer to send someone by 8pm (2.5 hrs wait) to come and clean the room. What was i supposed to do during this time. So I asked to cancel my booking and asked for full refund. Not a great first experience"

"We had a lovely stay at Tewinbury for our wedding anniversary. The room was beautiful, relaxing, and perfect for a special night away. The hot tub made the stay feel extra special, and the whole setting was peaceful. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated the little touches that made our anniversary feel memorable. It was a short stay, but a very enjoyable one, and we would be happy to come back again."

"Stayed here for 10 days as working in the area. Excellent location for my needs. Julie the host was available when needed and communication was really good, with me getting all arrival info before my stay. The apartment is attached to a Sainsbury's carpark, so only a quick walk to do a big shop. The apartment is clean and has everything you would need for a stay."

"I purposely booked the room with air conditioning as travelling on a hot day 26/27 May. On the hottest day in the UK, the air con at the hotel was faulty. I heard the staff say there was a maintenance happening on site. Well, stuck in a room, where the entire floor has no cool air conditioning, you guess how unpleasant that was. Room 264, the air-con control unit was faulty. It turned itself off every 20 minutes after manually restarting. Got changed to room 261, where the control unit worked but there were no cool air, just air circulation. Sleep was not happening…"
