"Breakfast was not fresh, coffe was luke warm, the honey container and area where it sat was extremely sticky. The mix for the waffles was off, cause they came out hot but hard. The eggs tasted and looked like they were made from powder."

"The staff were exceptional I had a problem with the AC and I like to sleep cold. Front desk staff had a repair person in there within 4 minutes and diagnosed the problem and moved me to another room all in under 7 minutes. They deserve a raise! "
