Staff attention to rooms daily was prompt and conscientious. Convenient location a short walk to the main Karon beach and to nearby markets and stores."

"Breakfast was extra but worth it; staff was very attentive; shower drain was clogged at our arrival but staff took care off it within a day; hallway carpet and room fixtures looked worn and dated, but room was otherwise nice and the view of the city was great; very helpful onsite tour scheduling; odd loud clicking and scratching above our room a couple of nights, but it was thankfully brief and we never found out what it was. "Excellent views, amenities and architecture. Breakfast needs a massive improvement in terms of taste and service. Everyday many dishes were empty and refilling took time. Cleanliness of the restaurants also needs to improve. Room housekeeping also needs improvement. Infrastructure needs fixing as in times of rains, the roof of both the sea side restaurants was leaking from many places causing a massive inconvenience to guests in the middle of their meals. The main pool was also quite dirty. A la carte food was surprisingly good however."

"This was my fourth visit to Patong and I was really looking forward to staying at your hotel given its strong reputation. Overall, the stay was pleasant; however, I felt that for the price paid, the experience did not fully meet my expectations. While everything was good, it felt more on the average side rather than something particularly memorable. I would also like to mention the service at the pool bar, which could be improved. In my experience, Thai hospitality is usually exceptionally warm and welcoming, which is one of the reasons I enjoy visiting. On this occasion, the service felt a bit less engaging than expected. In particular, a staff member named Ball came across as somewhat unwelcoming at times, which slightly affected the overall experience. I share this feedback with the intention of being constructive, as I believe the hotel has great potential to deliver an even better guest experience."
