Loved my stay at this hotel. Although it is a little farther from the main hub the resort has very affordable car/moto rentals and transportation available. The villa itself was clean and very spacious.

The room was clean and very confortable but the customer service was terrible. The staff did not speak well or at all English, we called many, many times for room service and they never answered the phone. The breakfast was poor, in the eating area there were a lot of flys. The bar was not open, no food available after hours. The hotel does not have access to the beach as seen in the pictures posted in their site. Rides schedule was on time to airport.

Veeeeery nice property for the money. Secluded but a quick taxi ride to everything. Staff very accommodating. Owner dropped by during my visit. Very gracious and friendly man. I love the swim out pool. My villas was comfortable. I travelled solo and felt very safe.

The pool was great to have in our own space. The room was clean but odd shower setup with no curtain and water goes everywhere. The area outside of hotel was kind of run down and food was terrible. On the first night ordered food and they forgot part of order even though repeated it back to us plus took another 30-40 minutes after they knew order was missing. Plus said breakfast was 6am but did not start until 7am which was an issue when needed to leave earlier. The location was good but private pool was best attraction.
