"Room did not have counters, drawers, vanity or anywhere to put belongings. Breakfast had a good selection but the restaurant was chaotic and disorganized. Front desk staff and concierge were excellent. Great location restaurant staff delivered very poor service."

"Clean, comfortable, good breakfast and great location. Unfortunately all let down by the bathroom. Since we last stayed the bathroom door has been replaced with opaque glass and the light is automatic. This means it goes off when you don’t want it to, but if you get up in the night you wake your partner by shining a light on them, and it chooses that moment not to turn off for 15 minutes. By which time you are wide awake and furious. In another move to glass you now only get glasses in your room in order to make tea in. They are of course dangerously hot. We asked for mugs and were told someone would bring them but nobody did. We also ran out of toilet paper but I saw other people getting it from reception so I think it must be rationed. Our city view room had a view of a narrow alley way and the other half of the hotel. Not really what we imagined when we booked it. "

"Pretty clean hotel and bathroom. I liked the modern look. Staff was very helpful and friendly, they told us local places to visit, gave us adapters and we were able to store our luggage in the day of check out. Only downside is that there us no mini fridge or microwave so you’d have to be eating out practically everyday, as you can’t save food for the next day"

"I would never stay here again. €250 + for a place where u come in exhausted wanting to go to your room. They have to email you and then you can pay the city tax. What if an older person booked and came and didn’t have an email? So inefficient. Room is tiny. Bed is horrible. Got bit overnight. Have huge bite marks on left thigh. No air con. Tiny desktop fan. I would never ever pay that much money for a place like this. I don’t even think I would stay here for €50. Staff was nice. Owner really needs to make huge changes. Very very very disappointed. "

"Hotel is in excellent location. It is near the Rijksmuseum, shopping, tramps, and many eateries nearby. Staff are friendly, courteous, and professional. On site restaurant MoMo is very good. Breakfast also good and cooked to order. Highly recommend to ones who visits Amsterdam."

"We had a huge room- but, over the front door- big window, not at all private, a little noisy, no fresh air. Room very clean and well equipped- robes, slippers, eye mask, etc. but desk lamp would not turn off except to unplug it. Heated towel rack did not work. Comfortable bed, many pillows. Bathroom spacious but odd- soap dispenser opposite tap at sink- 24” opposite. Weird. Hotel busy, felt safe, reasonably central- 20 minutes walk to anywhere, but in pedestrian only zone so no ride share or cab to the door- about one block walk. Breakfast room spacious and light, good assortment of foods- and hosts circulated offering fresh poached egg or green soup. Front desk staff very helpful and nice. Reasonably priced for central Amsterdam."
