The room had been refurbished at some point pretty recently. I wouldn't say it was to a high standard but you could see work had been done. The kitchen was ok for what I needed. It could have done with some more pots or a non stick frying pan. The bed was so comfy. It was what I needed for the three nights I was there. The staff were out of this world. They were helpful and understanding and I could even get a kettle (for British people this is considered essential). They were all...

Very well located

We loved the concept and hotel ethics regarding your love of dogs and supporting their welfare. Danni and John were fabulous having facilitated our meet and greet with Buster, Beau and lily. We will cherish our playtime with you all. Highly recommend your hotel and will forever sing your praises. Don’t ever change your doing great as you are.

My stay in San Francisco was part of a larger trip which also included New York and LA. Honestly the hotel was perfect for what I was looking for, very easy going. No uncomfortable pestering (although I’d recommend using the do not disturb sign to avoid being woken by housekeeping). The location was excellent and walking everywhere was super simple. One lovely lady at reception was amazing with directions and recommendations, one of which was cycling across the Golden Gate Bridge (a must...

Really nice hotel right by China town. Very comfortable room with exceptionally comfortable beds. The staff at the front desk were really friendly and super helpful.

We were a bit worried when we arrived that the area outside the hotel was crazy busy and full of loud cars, bikes and music… but we had read a top tip to request a courtyard room and so actually our room was super quiet and relaxing and a nice break from the chaos of fisherman’s wharf. Restaurant breakfast was delicious but there’s also a latam coffee shop on the corner of the block directly behind the hotel who do amazing pastries. The hotel is perfectly located for the tram stop (get there...

This hotel is lovely and well located. The hotel deco is very fun, spacious rooms, comfy bed, great service, decent breakfasts and the best thing is the wine reception which is a fantastic touch (this was our fav part of the stay!) The hotel is located 10min walk from Union Sq and the subway station. You’ll have a good selection of restaurants and shops nearby.

Lovely spacious room. Area is a little quiet though, was limited places for breakfast within walking distance

Reasonably priced, clean, big room, good location, has parking, airport is nearby, decent breakfast. Highly recommended

Great location , staff and hotel

Everything about this establishment was fine, great location, easy to access airport and center San Francisco. Rooms and facilities were clean and how convenient to have parking. Staff will do their very best to accommodate your requests. If I do return to this area, I'll surely rebook this hotel.
