"Who has ever heard of a hotel without a cart for luggage. The $50 parking fee was outrageous. Most agravating is that expedia's website changed my reservation from LGA to JFK and would not correct it. So we had to drive from Jamaica to Astoria at 5 in the morning to catch our flight."

"Staff were very helpful and nice. Very understanding when i realized I forgot my physical debit and had somw difficulty figuring out how i was going to check in. However the hvac units in the rooms are old and hardly function. I was given another room because the hvav did not work at all but the hvac in the 2nd room was working but felt like it was on its last leg. Luckily it was only hot on the first night and the other nights were fine."
