"Beautiful studio with everything you'd need fur a comfortable stay. Nice sitting area to watch TV and eat pizza. Enjoyed the pool and steam room. Staff very welcoming. Breakfast was the best I've had in a long time. Food served to your table, very fresh and hot food was hot. Definitely will be returning. Hotel is very central and packing across the road in Q park."

"The hotel offers both a relaxing weekend vibe and a packed city break experience. Shopping centre is really close as well as many restaurants and takeaways. The rooms are lovely and spacious. Rooms provide helpful conveniences like hairdryer and fridge. Love that you can always top up your tea/coffee/sugar/milk supply whereas in some hotels you have to just make do with whatever they provide on the first day of your stay. I’ve actually stayed in this hotel more than 3 times over the last 18 months. Spa is also great! The pool area is usually quiet which maintains the relaxed atmosphere of the overall hotel. Only things to change is, would be nicer to have more breakfast options for people who have a vegetarian diet or would prefer things like halal options. The other issue is - I think - every time I stayed in the hotel, there’s a limitation on how high you can put your heater in the room. 21° is not really that warm. We’ve had to call the reception team about this on multiple occasions when staying at the hotel. They did provide an oil heater, but it didn’t really do much because it kept going off every so often. I would like to say thank you to one of the reception staff who let us park our car in the hotel car park which is not something usually that the hotel provide. I’d also like to say thank you to the man signing people in for breakfast for reserving a table for us. I’m completely blind and I think he did this to make life a lot more accessible. "

"Rooms were very clean , all staff really smartly dressed and very friendly and helpful. The breakfast we payed for and were very pleased with , it had all that we needed (sausage , bacon, egg , hash brown, beans etc )and juice , coffee and im sure if you looked (which i didn't) there were vegetarian and vegan options also. We visited the spa while there and was very impressed with the amenities and also we had massages ...excellant we thought ."
