Rented a 3 bedroom villa and only 2 regular size towels were provided. Body wash and shampoo in both bathroom were out. Staff was friendly but it took them a whole day to bring the towels. Soap and shampoo never got replaced. We loved the location and this little iasue wont stop ua for renting again here

The kids enjoyed the pool so much! Our room was amazing, the kids got their own room. It’s like living in a condo, with washer and dryer in the suite.

I liked room amenities and how the parking garage was closed to the room and inside the building, although it was pretty tight parking spots with the pillars. Some hallways of the resort smelled, but not where we were staying. I like the on site waterpark for the family. I wished there was more sitting areas around the facilities and pool areas. I loved how comfortable the beds and pillows were. We did have several dirty or stained towels in our room.

Very family friendly, lots to do for the kids, condo was very spacious. Our showers wouldn't drain but they did come and fix. Our room didn't have an iron but they brought us one. Other than those no major complaints. Would stay again!
