"Hello, The stay was blissful. Access to Ganga was just a stone throw away, mindful of 250 steps trek that is involved. Furthermore, the staff were amazingly helpful and kind. "Booked through Hotels.com really disappointed with recent booking made for Rio Resort in Lansdowne. Hotel never got the booking/was sold out and took 4-5 hours/talking to 4-5 reps to try to get alternate hotel which was ok ok. All this while driving to a supposed relaxed weekend! Never again will I book with you. The Rio resort staff were rude and washed their hands of any responsibility also. On another call they told my husband she will try and book us in another hotel and never called back...
