"I stayed in Elbee Ganga view Rishikesh for 2 nights with my wife in April. Overall It was a good experience. Reception: All staff was helpful and friendly. They gave is a warm welcome with garland. The room they offered me was spacious and good. But it was lacking bath tub. I shared my concern for the room with bathtub and they immediately changed my room to a room with bathtub. So i would give a 5 star to the front office team for their motto towards customer satisfaction. *Room: Room was good, spacious and all the facilities mentioned on their website. In Room locker was non-operarional (seems due to dead battery). I dont needed the in room safe, So i would not deduct any rating there. Minor plumbing issue in roof shower as some water was leaking towards upside which was spoiling the false ceiling of the roof. I shared it with reception and they took it positively and assured to get it fixed. *In Room Dining:* Food was good, Portion size was very good. Price was reasonable. Location is good. Rooftop has an amazing bird's eye view of Rishikesh."

"It was our first stay at Fairfield and we would definitely book here again. We decided to try this hotel as it was halfway between Dehradun airport and our home and to help break up a long day trip for our young daughter. The service was outstanding in every aspect - from checking in upstairs to help save time for our very tired toddler to the help they provided when leaving, it all helped to make it a very comfortable and relaxing experience after a long flight. Finally, special mention about the breakfast which had great variety and options for different eating preferences. Our three year old was very happy and that is the best possible praise we can give in that respect!"
