In Covid times I was appalled at the open flouting of the mask rules at the property. Guests roamed around all the public areas without masks and the hotel did nothing to stop them - I had to repeatedly point it out

Probably the worst star-hotel in Guwahati
It was ridiculous the way the staff behaved. The worst ever stay in a Radisson for me (and I have stayed in a lot of those). The rude behavior started from the moment I got into the property. The bell boy literally wanted to chase my cab away without letting me get down, saying there was some VIP about to arrive. After a subpar stay with pretty sad breakfast throughout the week, the checkout experience sealed this stay among the worst I have ever experiences.
