"It was a great stay, staff was wonderful, especially the shuttle drivers to and from the park. It’s a little hard to request the shuttle unless you call the main hotel number, but other than that, it was a wonderful place to stay."

"The room was big; the king bed was comfortable ; the shower was big and there was plenty of water. The buffet breakfast was so-so. The biggest problem we had was with the bed frame. There was sheet metal that enclosed the bed frame and went down to the floor. Any time you accidentally bumped it it sounded like thunder which isn't bad during the day but in the middle of the night is startling! The best thing we found was Thames Disbey shuttle for Toy Story parking lot was nearby. We could walk down there, go through security, ride the shuttle up to the entrance and miss a lot of the lines in the morning. Good hotel and we'd stay again"

"The location is perfect it is easy on and off the freeway. The hotel was well maintained and the cleanliness was very acceptable. The only minor issues I had were there was no ice machine on the first floor and the doors were kind of small, the luggage dolly barely fit though the door other than that the breakfast was good and the people were very professional."
