good place, friendly people. need to have your own vehicle to go up and down .walking to town is not possible.

Everything was good, only problem we had was everything was charged really high. One night we decided to parcel our dinner from out and we asked for 3 plates their answer was since we took our dinner from out they can't give us plates instead they gave us really bad disposal plates that were charged ...

Not good. Rooms were two small. Though in the confirmation letter it was promised to provide one double bed and one single bed in the room, on first night no single bed was provided. One guest had to sleep on the floor.

Very bad experience in resort. Staff members are very creep and management is very bad. no water bottle given in room and blankets are very dirty. entrance of hotel is very bad. overall not satisfied with service.

The hotel was pleasant and a good location to explire the wider Ooty area. As a business traveller, I would have liked to have WiFi access in my room not just the hotel lobby.
