Rooms are not as expected.Too small for 3/4 person

The location is perfect! The view of the hills is amazing. Room was clean. Staff were very friendly and prompt. The wifi doesnt extend to the room :( Somehow i wanted a hotel and this is a homestay. Something to do with the filters! The place is a tadbit high priced for being a homestay.

Peaceful and relaxed place . Great food and staff General cleanliness was poor. Rooms were not cleaned on time . Bathroom was moldy

Terrible service. Bad quality food. Despite claims of free wifif in reality wifi available only in restaurant and lobby and so free wifi of no practical use. No activitries or any other services from a tourist point of view.

Good place to stay ,breakfast also good ,and rooms are very good ,overall rose park residency is good staying places for family's and couples

It is a lovely property by Fortune ITC. The food is good and the staff is very welcoming. We enjoyed the stay at this hotel. Located very close to Rose garden and ideal for a walk to the beautiful park. The service staff and the manager at the restaurant needs special mention they are so helpful. ...
