"This was the most horrible experience i have ever had. First the room i booked and paid for was not given. I was given a small room even though i paid for a big family room. The owner was so rude he said to cancel the booking when i complaint about the room sizes and refused to refund. This whole stay is a scam. The room was dirty and full of SPIDERS and Cockroaches. I would not wish this stay on my worst enemy. Avoid this place, camp in your car but not here"

"Fraud cheater ..!! i have booked RK WHITE CASTLE for 15th august -17th august. when i went there . no hotel found there. management has sold their hotel building to others. still they are taking reservations. they are fraud. i have to go another hotel for stay and paid more money.pls arrange refund for me and pls remove this hotel from your booking list as it is no more at current location"

"This is a property with a breathtaking view of the Ooty huills and valleys. The cottages are good although they now require a fresh coat of paint inside. Food is decent and the breakfast spread is very good and so is the dinner buffet. Hotel staff are helpful and response to the calls is quick. Hot water timings are restricted in the mornings and evenings but that's not too much of an issue. The hotel helped us with a immersion rod beyond the normal timings so that was very helpful. Overall, we had a great stay due to the lovely weather and the enchanting views from the balcony. Highly recommended for those looking for a hotel situated away from the hustle and bustle of the main town with peace and quiet amongst the company of nature and birds."
