Excellent Spacious Rooms with very good service and restaurant. Complementary breakfast is too good with many options. Hotel is close by Doddabetta peak and hence having own vehicle would be better as it is 9km from ooty railway station. otherwise be ready to shell out more for taxi request at travel desk. It is very lonely and peaceful place to be. We enjoyed staying here for 3 days and 2 nights. Stayed on 29 to 31 Mar 2013. Family with one 3 years kid.

During our stay at the Savoy in Ooty, we were endlessly impressed with the level of service by all staff from the gardeners to the managers who were attentive and nothing was ever too much trouble. We had a wonderful stay at Virgin Valley. The hospitality was excellent, with the staff being very supportive and attentive throughout our visit. The hill view room was fantastic, offering a breathtaking view that made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and stunning scenery.

I STAYED IN THE HOTEL FOR TWO DAYS WITH MY WIFE. DESPITE LANGUAGE HANDICAP I ENJOYED MY STAY. ROOM SERVICE IS EXCELLENT. ROOMS ARE CLEAN SPACIOUS AND COMFORTABLE. New property. Rooms were spacious and good view of tea estate. Food was homely and good. But as it is little away from the town, vehicle is a must.
