"Lovely hill top hotel with a good view of Ooty. Good food and pleasant service. Close to Botanical gardens and the lake. Can get a glimpse of sunset. Walking distance to local shops and restaurants. Needs some updating. The water pump is noisy and could hear it in the rooms."

It would be better if the provide some carpet & heater in room The time we went there was the coldest and it's hard to walk on room in the tiles without carpet legs where frozing ( i know slippers are option) but still if carpets where there it would have good. And heaters to."

"I wanted to tell the cons. first 1.) Property is away from ooty town. You need ken vehicle 2.) You cant have outside food, you will be forced to eat hotel food, there are no any varieties and very pathetic taste and dishes. I will give 2/10 for food and its overpriced 3.) The road to this hotel from ootty is in pathetic condition 4.) Room service and e evrything closes by 10 so if you have party with friends and want something..no options as no outside food and no inside "
