Very dirty, spiders everywhere are hotel bed sheets still had hair from the previous guests take a look at the tub in the photo! Cost more money than this damn break chain with breakfast, there was no way we were going to eat that food with all the gnats flying all over the place Way over price this really isn't even worth an Indian $5 hotel. We paid for 3 nights and left after...

"The room was in good condition. There were no instructions to order room service, get drinking water. No Toothpaste in the room and none available for purchase."

"Our stay was very pleasant. The location was ideal and the views were spectacular. The early morning mist above the mountains view made me fall in love with Ooty. The food was also very good. We were there as a family and kids loved to swing on the front balcony. Overall we really liked the stay and I will recommend it to my friends."
