Oldbury is great, 10 min drive from city center and bullring or 15 mins to merry hill, there is a Asda and lidl opposite each other which is convenient and there are restaurants everywhere and a few pubs around
Visitors to Quinton appreciate its restaurants. A visit to Hagley Road and Birmingham Botanical Gardens might round out your trip if you're looking to see more of the area.

We visited the Black Country Museum which was about 3mikes from the hotel and was an excellent day out!
Can't comment - I didn't go there.
The staff very nice and the place too very neat and serene. Will recommend to family and friends
