"Walking in the place has a real warm feel. The folks that greeted me at the front desk were genuine, warm, and very kind. You can tell they love their work place. Customer Service was amazing!!! I had my dog and they had so many wonderful amenities for her from bowls, treats, a name board, a plush squeaky toy, and best of all a pink bandana! Spoiled rotten as was I. The food was good. The room was very clean and decorated beautifully. I loved the two days I stayed there and highly recommend it!"

"The facility was very clean and the front desk staff was SO kind! We didn’t take advantage of the free continental breakfast but I do think it’s a big plus that it is offered. There’s easy street parking, but you have to pay starting at 8am from Monday - Saturday. I also enjoyed the fact they have a dry erase board right in front of the elevators that are full or locals favorites and suggestions in the city. Would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Milwaukee. "
