"We only stayed one night, but the office manager was excellent, very efficient and helpful. We traveled with our dog, and the $50 pet fee was straightforward and easy to manage. Parking was also convenient for our oversized vehicle, since it was too tall for the garage."

Two thin pillows and two thin towels. Multiple broken window slats, making privacy impossible in a ground-floor unit. Only one accessible outlet, with a loose cover and plugs. Wall unit would produce only anemic air conditioning and no heat."
