"Parking felt safe. No issues. The room was clean, fresh and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was spotless. Staff was amazing. Front desk was always courteous and friendly. Especially loved the breakfast amenity. Michael was above and beyond courteous. He had the area continually filled, ie coffee, juices, foods…. Tables were spotless. He politely answered numerous questions. He even walked around asking us how we were, if we needed anything. Michael delivered A+ customer service. "

"The room itself was a great set up and spacious. However, the moment we walked in, you could tell it was very hot. I assumed we needed to adjust the thermostat which I did. The bedroom was cold but the living room where my son slept was hot. We were in town to audition at UNT and left early the next day. We did not have a change to tell the front desk until later that evening about the AC. I feel as though the previous guest must have said something as well and this room should not have been available. Maintenance were not able to fix the AC and we had to move rooms. "

"The room was nice with a kitchenette and a full size refrigerator and was very clean. The bed was also within reason comfortable. I probably won't stay there again though because every night I was there people were sitting out on the stairs smoking marijuana. Maybe I just hit a bad weekend with who was staying there but it was definitely unappealing and smelly."

"Overcrowded with an event. Right before m had 1 towel. Housekeeping wasn’t available @ 7 am when we needed towels for a shower. "
