"Trash cans had trash in them. Rest of the property was clean. Bed was comfortable. Wish they had evening snacks and bottled water in the rooms."

"Iron in my room was not working. No one was picking up the service desj, so I went downstairs and asked for a new one. Front desk said one is on the way. Nothing happened for next 30 minutes. Very poor service. "

"Checked in around 7 pm and that was good. Went out for awhile and then came back. As we looked around there was a makeshift toilet tank top that didn't come close to fitting. Fell asleep lying on top of the bedspread but crawled under the covers some time during the night. Woke up the next morning and found what looked to be some black stains on the sheets...a big crawling on the bed and one crawling on my wife's bag. Pulled out the desk chair and found a huge stain in the middle of it. Got pics if you want them!"

"The AC was not on when I arrived so the room was hot and musty. After I cooled down the room it was fine."

"The property is old and outdated. The linens were torn and there were visible blood stains on the mattress. Several dead roaches in the room. In the morning a live roach was crawling on my wife's pillow. The towels and provided soaps were the absolute minimal, but were provided. The walls were dirty and the room smelled like smoke. We even changed rooms and this was the better of the two. The second room also smelled like smoke. The property doesn't really look like the picture. I would not stay here again. "

"Our room was supposed to be cleaned.The staff did show up to clean, however we were not ready. I told them if they can come back, they never did. "

"We had 4 different rooms on different floors. Each room made strange noises from some sort of electrical motor. It was very hard to sleep. Two of our friends checkout after the first night. If you want a good night sleep then avoid this particular property."

"I called three times to make sure I had a ground floor and parking outside my room. When I got there I had none of that. I went somewhere else to say that night"
