Genting Hotel & Spa at Resorts World Birmingham
From the parking, to reception staff, the room cleanliness and overall facilities, we had an outstanding stay. Thankyou. It was a great quick getaway for not wanting to travel far in the midlands.

The Arden Hotel & Leisure Club
Room was clean no aircon and was rather warm even with the window open. Staff very friendly. Breakfast tasty and plenty of selection.

Crowne Plaza Birmingham City Centre by IHG
From the extremely quick and efficient check-in, the huge, clean rooms were excellent. Breakfast however, was the highlight. Great selection of food and drink - from hot, well cooked 'English' breakfast to delicious pastries and cold items. The staff were amazing and extremely attentive.
