Also, the gentleman who helped me, went so far out of his way to make sure my needs were handled. Thank you, to him. I had to be to the hospital by 7 a.m. and he took an extra step in helping me. I wish i could remember his name, but i sure hope Doubltree by Hilton will honor this staff member.( i checked in around 6 p.m.on the 13th of October. He deserves to be recognized and a vacation-- paid weekend. He was an amazing staff member, and Doubletree by Hilton should be proud of having a staff member that can go so far out of the path in helping a stranger in need; and be a mentor to the other staff memebers.
