"Lovely room, except that the shower only maintained water pressure with cold water. As soon as you moved the handle to the hot setting, pressure dropped to a mediocre half-flow. Not very enjoyable. "

We had to call maintenance multiple times to.plunge the toilet and the toilet in the lobby had to be flushed multiple times just for tissue to go down for a number 1. "It's ok, no rats or cockroaches but did I expect better for the price? Yes. And don't be fooled, there are hidden fees, something called a "city resort tax" or something like that (even though it's not a resort--no perks), that you'll be charged additional for at the hotel, no matter what Expedia says about fees and taxes being included in the price."

"The location was excellent and the staff were helpful. Unfortunately, my room was dirty. There was dust everywhere and the pillow cases on my bed were dirty. I was able to find a housekeeper and she immediately came to give me clean sheets and pillow cases. The WiFi wasn't working which was a bit frustrating when phone service was limited inside parts of the building. Despite the minor we enjoyed our stay but unfortunately next trip we will seek other accommodations ."

"The Holiday Inn Voco at Wolf Point continues to exceed expectations! Warm, welcoming staff, spotless rooms and outstanding service by housekeeping! I call it my home away from home and I stay there frequently when visiting our children! Spectacular views, inviting atmosphere and stay second to none! Special shout out to Alejandro at the breakfast buffet! He was exceptionally kind to me and our family! This hotel will always be my first choice when visiting Chicago! And Expedia, thank you for making this all possible!"
