"The airport shuttle was very helpful. I appreciated having a phone number to call to help us get to the correct door at OHare. It was a cold wait for the bus. Nothing the hotel could have done about the weather. I would recommend having a warm jacket on a windy day as you are waiting outside up to 30 minutes. Otherwise the hotel and shuttle was a wonderful place to stay on a long layover at OHare. "

"I didn't stay at hotel. the room was not clean at all the toilet was clogged, I had no remote, the carpets had crumbs sprinkles and glitter , a white substance on the nightstand, the room smelled like dirty gym socks."
