"Easy access on and off freeways. We liked there was a Starbucks close by, within walking distant. Room was very clean. Check-in a breeze. Staff at the front desk were friendly and attentive too. We liked the abundance of show choices."

"The number that they provided for the airport shuttle was disconnected. I called the front desk which gave option 1 for reservations and option 2 for front desk. When i hit #2, the line just hung up. I waited to see if the shuttle would ever arrive and it did not. I have to catch an uber to the quality inn. I told the front desk person that was their at the time i checked in and nothing was ever done. Nothing was reported to management. I guess it was business as usual."
